What Parents Are Saying

Students may enroll for a minimum of three days per week, up to 5 days with mid-day, half-day and full day options available. Advanced classes and a Montessori Kindergarten program are available. School hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. , Monday thru Friday.

Extended care, beginning at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m. , allows flexibility for families. Extended care includes arts and crafts, playtime, snack and rest. Children love it!

Extended care is available for both mid-day and half-day programs. An extended care rate of $5.50/hour , (billed at 1/2 increments) will be applied for the time that your child is at Evergreen beyond the designated program hours.

Food is provided as a nutritious snacks daily and individual dietary needs and restrictions are taken into consideration for our students. Parents may provide breakfast foods for their children to eat at school, and enrolled students in the full-day program need to bring lunch from home.

Stretch'n'Grow is a weekly exercise program that provides a safe and fun educational experience about nutrition.

Field trips take place as often as possible throughout the year. A nominal fee may be required from parents. Evergreen Montessori students have enjoyed going on outings to an apple orchard, learned about animals at the Minnesota Zoo and attended concerts by the Minnesota Orchestra. Evergreen Montessori counts on parents for rewarding field trips and we always welcome volenteers to help and enjoy the special experiences we embark upon.
